Sweet 16 birthday help

Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction, my niece is turning 16 in July and I want to make some things for her birthday as a surprise. She is a disney fan and likes most of the characters. She has a mild form of autism and sometimes we have disagreements and she can be quite difficult at times, I am sure she would say the same about me. But I wanted to come up with something speical for her either decoration wise, invites, party favors or ideas for making her something to keep I want it to be special for her. Her brother turned 18 last year and had his big party so she now wants a party of sorts. she doesn't really have many friends and so it will just be family celebrating with her but she has got the sweet 16 idea into her head and so I want to help her have a great birthday.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions for where to look I would really appreciate it. Thank you
