Sweet 16 Birthday Dinner!

My soon to be 16yoDD wants to spend her birthday at WDW. She is a Disney fanatic who loves all things Disney. Her favorite character is Stitch and we are doing breakfast with Stitch on her birthday.
I am looking for a suggestion for a fun dinner, ideally covered by the dining plan, that will be a great time for the whole family. Our group will have at least 10 people if that makes a difference. Character or non-character is ok.

I like going to Chef Mickey's and Teppan Edo. Those were my "Birthday meals" for my 16th birthday. I like Chef Mickey's because it is so festive. I like Teppan Edo for the floor show and the food.

I know I can just ask her where she wants to go, but I would rather have a little surprise planned out.

Teppan Edo is good- so is Le Cellier in Canada. Outside of the parks Citricos in the GF is upscale and fun- and though it takes two dinning plan points it is really good, and they do a *very* good job with personalizing Birthday desserts and Menus.

Just some suggestions- remember that you can always order a personalized cake, or bring your own as well!

I enjoy the Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge. If you don't want a lot of fuss, I suggest the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club. It's pricey, but well, well worth it in my opinion.

How in to food is she? If she's adventurous and wants to feel more grown up, how about dinner at a signature like California Grill?

She's not much of a foodie. She loves Chicken Fingers - I know super adventurous. She did enjoy Le Cellier last time we were there. Mostly for the Campfire Smores and Chocolate Mousse cake.
I am leaning towards Whispering Canyon cuz its fun and zany or Teppan Edo because she does enjoy Japanese basic food (chicken and rice)
