SWDAS Quick Review

Got off the Fantasy this past Saturday (2/18). Wanted to give some quick feedback about SWDAS. We thought it was AWESOME! We are fans of the franchise. We thought DCL did a great job with this.

We loved the theming, the music and the special characters were legit, got some great photos. Our meet and greets were with Darth Vader and Chewbacca. The deck part was cool and the fireworks excellent.

Seeing everyone's costumes was cool and we enjoyed hanging about in our Jedi costumes that my DH made, and they looked great.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Things happening all the time, friendly and interesting characters throughout, and MANY guests with costumes that looked GREAT. It was honestly more fun than we thought it would be, without being "in your face" all day. The dinner menu was a hoot!

Totally agree. And we spent a couple of nice quiet hours on deck 13, so there were places just to relax.

I'll add on to this and say for those who are complaining when they find out they are on this cruise that there won't be anything of interest for them that day....Not true. We didn't participate in any of the day time activities for Star Wars (not because we don't like it, we just had other things going on) and you truly can avoid it. You might see a character or two walking around but that's it. We went to the on deck show that night and LOVED it! Great tribute to Carrie Fisher, lots of characters and of course the fireworks were great.

Edit: I just saw what you posted over50visits... Didn't mean to repeat lol LOVED the dinner menu. LOL
