lets hold off on the kids until i can get the calendar updated. sorry I'm falling behind but the real kids are giving me issues. I need to pick DS10 from the x-country banquet and DD is insisting that i hold her. typing one handed if tough. Plus DS5 and 6 are running back and forth from my house and my dads.

You ARE keeper of the calendar. YOU tell us what works and when. We will post sign ups accordingly. Gosh, seriously, listen to us. We aren't supposed to start swapping again until after the holidays and we can't keep our fingers off the keys. We are such a bunch of swapaholics.
So take all our ideas, brew up a pot of tea, and plug them into the calender. If there are too many things going on for the first quarter, push them back to the second. These are only swaps. It's not like immunization shots that have been done at a certain time.
Okay I really need to stop this and finish my swap. I just need to finish Ariel-vs-Ursela boarder and the Snow White-vs-Evil Queen mats and I am done. I made really cute shaker boxes for Snow White. Not that I have clue what to do with them on a page. I just like making them.

I would prefer that the Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom swaps not be due at the end of February (it's a short month too) and I would sign up for all of them. Now while I feel confident in my ability to get the three done (even though I'll be in WDW for 10 days during this time too), I think this would be where we run the potential of overwhelming people again.

Very true!!! But if I get the schedule up early enough than we can con the hostess into doing pre signups and get our stuff done before we go! Or we can send the kiddies out with the hubbys one night and swap in a room.

So who is up for hosting 2 park swaps per quarter? One newbie and one everyone.

We have hostesses for an everyone Epcot for the 1st quarter and a hostess interested in doing a newbie park swap.

What do ya'll think?

My thought was for the major swaps to only have one going at a time. So when one is finishing up, then start signups for the next one. And we can have the newbie ones, inbetween.

So in Jan...signups for Epcot due end of Feb. Signups in March due end of April
Newbie signups in Feb due end of March, signups in April, due May, etc.

That would work out to 3 major swaps per quarter. Plus we can have littler ones, whenever.

But that is assuming people wouldn't want to sign up for both newbie and the everyone swaps.

I'm hoping that there will be a good enough mix that the vets who can crank them out will have enough to do but the newbies don't have them stacked up. Take a look at what I have so far and tell me what you think.

PS- I really wasn't on line this whole time. I forgot to close my browser. I have finished my Good-vs-Evil swap groups. I'm trying to think of a good element to add to the Bazzill only group, but it is done if I don't.
