Swan Studio questions/prices

Hi...I am interested in the Swan Studio rooms I've been reading about on here. I went to the All Ears web-site to check prices, and it listed the price at around $300 for January. When I called the Swan to book it, they told me the All Ears discount price was $375. That's quite a difference. They also said it has 3 beds: a king, a sofa bed and a pull-down bed. Can anyone that's stayed in one confirm the 3 beds (We are a family of 5 with 3 kids) and any rate info would be greatly appreciated.
