Swan Dolphin Restaurants

Can anyone tell me how to book for restaurants at the Dolphin and Swan?

We will be visiting from Dec 26 into New Year and I would like to make some PSs but I'm not sure whether I need to book directly with the hotel or whether I can book using the Disney wdwdine number?

I'm also not sure how far ahead you can book for these restaurants.

I would be grateful if anyone could help me out here!

I was able to book a PS for Shula's in the Dolphin through WDW Dine.

We were able to make ressies at Palio (SWAN ) through the WDW Dine phone number. Don't miss this restaurant.....Excellent Italian Fine Dining. We love it and it is the one restaurant we return to every single year on our Disney vacation.
