Oh good—I'm glad you posted that link! When we tried to get in touch with someone in the weddings dept. at the Swolphin, the Concierge agents had absolutely no idea who we should talk to. Nice.

If you go through one of the restaurants (Fresh, Shula's, Blue Zoo, Il Mulino), they each have their own manager who coordinates private dining for that restaurant. The restaurants are not owned by the S/D, they are privately owned like ESPN Club or the DTD restaurants. Each restaurant has their own private dining room as well.

If you want a catered meal on property at one of their outside venues or in a reception room, then Robyn Davison is the person to contact. She is in charge of S/D Catering. She will customize any menu & there is a wide variety of options to choose from. You can see some sample menus here:

Robyn is wonderful to work with! She just met with my parents a few weeks ago and gave them a tour, let them see our reception room, and sat with them and discussed our menu options. No extra charge included for this. My parents are meeting with Robyn and my S/D planner in a few months again to do a tasting session and finalize our menus.

Robyn is your "go to girl" for S/D wedding info if you are having a ceremony with reception! She will refer you to a wedding planner (we are using Just Marry) and she works very closely with my planner. If you are not interested in a reception, than Just Marry is a great place to start if you are looking for S/D wedding info.

It's just a combination of the two words...like Brangelina. Easier to say that the Swan and Dolphin.

Definitely not a slam! Just an abbreviation for saying Swan & Dolphin.
