Swan/Dolphin or BCV

We are spending 2 days at WDW after our DCL Reposition cruise next year. It will be Myself, DH, DS 16 and DD 12. We are looking at staying at the S/D or renting points at a studio at the BCV. Which would you choose, and I am hoping I don't start a war between the cheerleaders and the DVC owners.
Just to let you know we are planning on spending those 2 days at Epcot, using up the last of our 7 day tickets

The studios at BCV only have 1 queen bed and the sofa bed. Would you 12 yo and 16 yo be comfortable on the sofa bed? I'm not sure if you could get a roll away at BCV (or where you would put it) You might be better off at S/D--I know you can get a roll away there. Have a great trip!

We are Dvc members with our home resort at the BCV's. I have stayed there three times and we have stayed at the Dophin three times. I love both places. I would go with the Dolphin over BCV studio room. I think the studio is a little small for your family. What month are you going? The reason I ask is that I don't believe the Dolphin pool is heated so if you are going during a colder time than maybe you would like the pool at the BCV's better because they are heated. However,we were at the Dolphin last December and the pool at the Dophin was fine. My children, who are close in age to yours, love the Dolphin and we stay in 2 bedroom at the BCV's. Either way both are great resorts.

My young teens love it there - and the Heavenly beds are well, just heavenly!!

2 Beds vs 1 bed and a sofabed. Mini-kitchen vs a min-bar. SAB is a better pool complex but Grotto pool is good and it doesn't sound like you'll be using the pool much.

I'd go with S/D and 2 real beds.

We also own at BCV and we love it, however, in your situation, I would stay at the Dolphin. There will be a bit more room for your kids to spread out.
