Swan/Dolphin Club level question

Is the club level service similar to the other WDW resorts? Do they make ADR's and such for you?

Hi, I have only stayed at the Swan twice, but it was Club level. I do not believe they make your priority seatings for you ahead of time. There is a concierge available in the lobby for all resort guests that can call for dinner reservations once you are checked in. I don't think they will have better luck then you would at that point - maybe with the S/D restaurants, but not the other Disney ones.

We really have only used the lounge for bfast. They have a yummy selection of fruits, yogurts, chocolate croissnats, pecan rolls & other danish, bottled water, milk, juices, coffee, tea......

They close and lock the doors until appetizers at 5 pm (Not positive about the time). They have a couple hot appetizers, veggies & dip, cheese & crackers,chips, sodas water etc.

I think they close down for the night at 8 pm and lock up til morning.

The lounge staff is just as nice as can be & the beds are fabulous. We have enjoyed staying there. If it is the preplanning service that is really important to you, though, I don't think you will get that kind of help at the S/D.
