I have been sick with a terrible head cold...never got up on Sunday....but I'm much better now

Now I'm trying to catch up on what I missed but I sat on my glasses again...my progressive lenses so I can't see my keyboard and I can't see the screen unless I take off my glasses (which have regular distance lenses in them) and put my face on the screen or I can leave them on and stand back but then I can't reach the keyboard AND I can't see the keys

anyway I love the color of your house Brandie....CLAY ......mine is CLAY too!! And blue shutters will look nice. My shutters are burgandy. I think you can put several different colors on CLAY and they still look beautiful

Now don't go off on me....I'm talking colors

As for John...I wasn't even here and I never once got confused...I knew it was John and the music cuz he's the one that played the strip tease when I was having HOT spells remember "naked nad" That was a typo but it stuck

now who is that big thing with the big feet flying by???

i just got an e-mail from our mortgage folks...looks like they are looking at dec 9 for an approximate closing date!! of course...it's just tentative, but as long as the builder stays on schedule...we should close sometime around then!!

I almost got a clay colored siding for my house, but, so many people were using it in this subdivision, that I decided to go for something totally different and get....drumroll....WHITE! I have black shutters and a red door.
And now I am off to do some housework....

everyone in our neighborhood is doing the lighter brown or yellow...and my last house was grey...i wanted a darker brown and CLAY was as close as i could get...

i personally think that if you put white on CLAY...that looks pretty ding dang good too

So, I wonder where Dan is staying next month whilst he sojourns at WDW??

I remember one night on this very thread (in a previous life) as he prepared for a journey, we engaged him in the discussion of our favorite resort and tried to explain the many benefits of staying there, as opposed to others in the area. If memory serves me correctly, on that particular journey, he was going to be staying at CBR.

He specifically told us (and I remember it so well) that he didn't like hotels that "go up and down". He prefered resorts that spread out.

Since that time, I have seen many, many photographs of Dan, himself, at his resort, on his way to his resort, or on the way to the parks from his resort, and that resort always went "up and down" and looked suspiciously like the Swan....

I took DD shopping this afternoon. I bought her more (2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shoes, and underwear) than I bought for me
(one holiday-ish zip-up cardigan...shades of blue and gray with some sparkly snowflakes). But they were all bargains...shoes and underwear and sweater at Marshalls, and slacks on clearance at Gap and American Eagle.

DH is going to sleep over at Avery's house tonight...for an early start on deer hunting in the morning in their back woods. Speaking of hunting, where's our friend pumba these days??

i'm just slacking off this morning. was distracted by some, uh, mud. yeah...that's it...

debbie and gail, check your PM's! sent you some info regarding sightings of, well, you know...

they should be delivering cabinets and countertops soon!!!! woo hoo!!! less than a month to go...and it's looking more and more like we'll get in to the house before christmas!! yay!!!!!

yep...gotta watch that discount underwear...you never know when it will unravel on ya...lol

I did ??? Actually, that probably was DxL, still a favorite. Ups and downs? I said that? Well, at least we'll have no more pictures, LOL.
