you know...this entire hands/feet conversation all started because of CLAY...lol (he does have rather LONG fingers too) sorry...couldn't resist!

weekend plans? we all know what christine's doing...how about everyone else?

we have to find a birthday gift for my stepson...so we're heading downtown to shop and have lunch or dinner at the spaghetti factory. YUM! and of course we'll make the obligatory stop at the house for pictures of our new siding and drywall!

You know, being a Barry Manilow fan, it's been remarked (sometimes by Barry...LOL) that the hands, feet, and NOSE size are all directly related to...other sizes of other things. So, with that in mind, I have a filthy joke to make regarding Pinocchio, but since this IS a family board...

Snarky...I've heard the word before, but never as much as I have since reading the Clay message boards!

And since when am I relegated to group Troublemaker??? Ya'll do VERY well if left to your own devices, thank-you-very-MUCH.

Weekend plans...may head to a craft fair or two - I love this time of year!

happy weekend!

It's freeeezing here this morning!

Boy's soccer team lost in semi-final Thusday night. But it was a great season. Last night after our Mexican dinner we went to watch the HS footabll game...they lost a hard fought game and won't make the playoffs because someone-else beat another someone else or some such complicating standings thingie.

Today I have to go visit my mom...it's been weeks...and tonight a hockey game at UNH....tomorrow chores and laundry and nag DD on the college apps....and she has an indoor soccer game tomorrow evening....

How are you?

I see that most of you are cold!!!!!!!!! Not here in Jax...temperatures are running 15 to 20 degrees above normal. Yesterday it was about 87.....I am so ready for some fall weather...

We are all well here in Florida...I had a friend come from Charleston last weekend that I had not seen in about 8 years, so that was nice. It was a mutual friend of Dawn (who died last February) so we did a lot of reminiscing. We have known each other for 21 years..

Well, just thought I would stop by and say hello to everyone...

We have not been back to the World since August....So we are all having withdrawals... George and I have been taking a class since August on Saturdays that ends tonight. It has been a great class, but we learned something very important...Saturdays are the day when we generally get a little rest and having the class has put a strain on that. Also, we could not take an impromtu trip to our fav place.

We are heading down to the Swan on Christmas Day!!! after we open gifts with my family. Since we will not be spending the day with them, we are going to go to church on Christmas Eve and then spend the night. We plan to leave at Noon on Christmas and head to the Swan. It will be nice to be at World on Christmas. We are going to have dinner at Citrico's Christmas Night. It will be a short trip as we will return home on Sunday evening. Our APs expire 12/27.....

Well, that is about all from here.

Hi Teri! So great to "see" you... I am turning GREEN with envy...over your warm weather...but mostly because of your upcoming trip to WDW
I SOOOOOOOOOO would love to be there on or around Christmas, but DD and DH won't hear of it...oh well...........


Had a nice lunch with Mom and Dad...she was playing bingo when I arrived...with a string of purple Mardi Gras beads around her neck...which means she'd won already won a round before I arrived teeheehee

well...just checking in to see how all your weekends are going
...got to go find my woolie socks for the hockey game tonight...temp is supposed to be down to the teens by the time the game ends and it's a long walk from the parkling lot to the arena! DD is planning a girls night tonite and they are going to watch the lunar eclipse....so better find her woolies too!!
