We live about an hour away so when we stay over it's usually for the convenience of not having to drive up the Turnpike after a long day. Prior to moving here twelve years ago, we vacationed at WDW every year since 1986 and stayed at many of the different resorts, including Swan and Dolphin. Those have been our resorts of choice lately. They do have the most comfortable beds on property and some of the best dining options if you're not on a dining plan (they do take Tables in Wonderland). The bottom line is you get more bang for your buck, especially compared to Yacht & Beach, and Boardwalk. For families with younger children I would still recommend CBR, though.
