Swan and Dolphin on th DDP?

Is there a way to stay at the Swan or Dolphin and pay for the DDP? I thought if you booked the room thought Disney you could get the dinning plan. However, I was just on Disney's site and when I choose the Dolphin or Swan the dinning plan becomes un-selectable.

Am I missing something? Or is the dining plan off limits at the Dolphin and Swan?

DDP is not available for those staying at the Swan/Dolphin.
