Does SWA typically add more flights as they book up on a given day? Flying from Tulsa to Orlando and a couple of flights are already booked up. Right now the price is cheaper with SWA, but I have 1 AA airline voucher. If I get 1 more this year, I would want to go with AA. If I wait, do you think SWA will still have flights available? December 3-12th, but adjusting if free dining in December is announced.

Once their schedule is posted Southwest generally does not add or discontinue flights or even change flight times.
If one of the fares are listed as not available it probably means that there are no discounted seats for that flight, those may open up you would just need to check periodically.
