Swa Rr ?

I recently converted Diner's Club points to 4 RRs. They finally showed up in my RR account today, bringing my total to 16 RR credits. That's enough for a RR Award but it doesn't show in my account. Typically, how long does it take once you reach the award level for them to actually put the award into your account so that it can be used? I'm hopeful that it will be before SWA opens up their dates for August.

It should show up as a reward and you should get an email the next morning.

That is what happened with ours when I did this.

Once the August schedule opens, book that reward right away. The Rapids Rewards awards are now Capacity Controlled so you can't use them last minute like you used to.

Thanks for the response. Sure enough, that Award is not sitting in my account and ready to use. DH has two Awards to use as well. That means I'll have to purchase one ticket so that all 4 of us can fly. It's going to be hectic trying to book them all at once online. Would it be easier to call SWA to book them together?
