We are flying Southwest Airlines for the first time in a few weeks. We will check in from our I phone 24 hours prior to our return flight as we did not purchase the early check in option. How do I get my boarding pass? Can they print it when we check our luggage at RAC? If I check in on line, can I still use RAC for our luggage? Thanks for any info.

There are several options for printing your boarding pass:

  • Front desk staff can print out. Just give them your confirmation and be within t-24hrs.
  • RAC can print out when you check your bags. FYI - There have been reports of problems with RAC and SWA communicating.
  • There are some resorts (POP Century is one) that have a kiosk in the lobby for guests to print out boarding passes for a variety of airlines.
  • You can always print it out yourself at the airport at a self service kiosk.

PS - Yes, if you check-in online, you can still use RAC for baggage transfer. Almost every Disney/SWA guest does it that way.

If you check in using your phone when you're in the parks, you can just print your boarding passes when you get to the airport.
