SW & Visit Florida code question

I have only flown on SW once and have a $40 credit I am giving a friend for her BDL to MCO flight in September. There will be 3 flying. I'm trying to help her since she doesn't fly much and I've run into a few questions:

Will she be able to use the $25 off code (x3) and my $40 credit?

If the price drops on either leg of her trip, can she call and get a credit?

If a Ding comes out, she won't be able to use it right? I think no, since she has to book a roundtrip to get the $25 to work.

Yes, she will be able to use your ticketless travel funds and the $25 Promo Code. There is a box specifically marked for Promotional Code when purchasing the tickets.

Yes, she will be able to get a credit if the fare goes down. She doesn't have to call, she can make the change online herself. However, the credit will more than likely reflect the expiration date of your ticketless travel funds.

She can take advantage of the Ding! but only she would have to cancel the existing flight and rebook using the Ding! airfare.
