SW prices down for August!!

Just to let everyone know some of the SW August flights (from Philly) went down again! A few weeks ago I got $40 back on each of our 3 flights. Tonight I got $24 each! So now we have a credit of $192! Very excited. So keep checking and getting those credits!!!!!!!!!

Where did you see these flights? I just checked the whole month of Aug. and the cheapest for any day of the month was $100 each way. You only posted this 90 min. ago but how can airfares be this volatile? By the way what was your original price per person? If they are $100 now what did you originally pay?

Flights we were looking at for my MIL went down - one was at $196 MCO-PHL and now it's $118.

I had originally bought 3 tickets in mid-April. The total of the tickets was a little under $1000. It was like $327 each or so. Now they are under $260. A couple of weeks ago the one flight was a bit cheaper, and then the same tonight. As I said the combined 3 flights are now $192 cheaper. I just went on the southwest.com site and plugged the numbers in from Philadelphia. I'm not saying the flights are cheap - they are just down from a month ago.

You are more than welcome! A few weeks ago on the Dis I saw that someone said the August prices had gone down and I got $120 in credit back. So I wanted to pay it forward!!! I love credit LOL

I checked for us, NY/ISP, and they went UP for August with some now sold out !

Thanks so much for posting, SusanWasHere! I got a $28 credit on a flight for Aug. w/SW. Not all that much, but definately worth it! Really appreciate it!
