I have a few SW airlines questions and am hoping an expert DIS'er out there can help me.
1. So my tickets are booked, now what?
2. I can't pick my seats but I can check in 24 hours prior, right?
3. If I check in early online, how do I drop off my bags in the morning?
4. Is there anything else I should know?

I thought I was a good planner but SW is just a bit different from AA or Delta which are what I usually fly. I couldn't pass up the $120 rt from NY...being more than 1/2 of the others.

Thank you in advance for the help as I am pretty much lost!

You have a good handle on this already. :)
Yes, you can check in 24 hours in advance of your flight. As to your baggage, you can leave it with the skycap or check it in at the counter. They will look at your boarding pass and take it from there. No worries.
Anything else? I generally get there about an hour and half before departure.
Even if you have an "A" pass, they do line up early.
If you have a child 4 and under you will be allowed to preboard.
Hope this helps.
