I have 3 confirmations numbers. 2 of the confirmation numbers have 4 people and the other confirmation number has 3 people. I'd like to be able to apply all of these funds to a trip of 4 people.
In Jan - booked 2 one way trips for $99/pp
In April - fares dropped. Cancelled Jan ressies and applied funds to new ressie (should have just changed the Jan tickets...)
Now we want to move our trip up a week and I'm running into difficulty because I technically need to combine 3 different confirmation numbers which break into 11 payment types in their system which I think only allows up to 4.
So instead of only owing about $20 to change the trip, it's charging me $69.
Would a rep be able to combine them all of me over the phone? Or, do I have to find a way to buy 2 or 3 fully refundable tickets - then cancel so I'm only dealing with 2 or 3 confirmation numbers/payment types?
Does this make sense? LOL
TIA!

ETA - Well, I figured it out. It wasn't a "fun" process but I basically had to combine no more than 3 credits (I had 11 total indiv credits within the 3 confirmation numbers) and purchase fully refundable tickets. I had to combine until I was only applying 3 credits into our new ticket. It's just frustrating because it was a little error on my part (not realizing I could change instead of cancelling and rebooking at the lower rate) that created the headache. BUT, thankfully I was able to do it and we're all good to go
