Nearly everything is now in place for the SW DIS Meet on May 21st in Tetbury.
The plan is as follows:

Meet at 12.00 to 12.30 in The Priory, Tetbury.
Here is a link with the address, post code etc.

http://www.theprioryinn.co.uk/welcome.php

Lunch will be around 1.30 followed by jolly japes and wizard wheeze's (?) along with lashings of ginger beer. Actually, it will be lashings of beer and wine but that didn't go along with the Famous Five theme!
Could all those attending please choose something off the menu below and let me know what you want within the next week.

Around 7.00pm we will move to the United Services Club for an evening of skittles and more beer. There will, of course, be the usual quizzes, games etc along the way.
There will be a buffet in order to sustain those involved in this highly taxing sporting endeavour. Last year the cost was £5 per person to cover the rental of the skittle alley and the buffet. It may be cheaper this year dependant on the number of people attending.

In order to get everything organised I will need to know numbers, menu choices etc. by Friday 6th May, if possible.

Please can you let me know if you are coming for the afternoon only or for the whole day.

Any chance that you can get them to do some wings, in a Hooters-esque fashion??

Well, I'll have a word with Tam, but I don't think she's going to be too keen on wearing those little orange hotpants!

Kev, choosing food cannot be hurried you know :teeth:

I know Kaylee & Alan won't be able to reply to you before your deadline due to being somewhere else (!) but I'm sure they are coming as I know they've booked a hotel :)

:sad2: we won't be able to make it as simon is going away that weekend. Thank you anyway. Hope you all have a great time.

I'll see if I have any in the cupboard! .......no, let's no go there! :scared1:

We're so sorry we can't make it Kev :sad2: Darned football!

Sure you'll all have a brilliant time and at least I won't have to be whopped at Bowling I suppose!

On the basis that any gravy costing #7.95 (no pound sign on this US keyboard!) has to be good, Matt will go for that (and he'll have the sausages and mash, too :teeth: ). I'll have the veg, basil and feta pizza. Needless to say, we'll be there for the duration.

Doh!

Not sure if we are going to be able to commit yet - I'll get Alison to double check and post back here later.
