I really love Hayakawa.
A small place kind of buried in a strip mall. But the service is amazing and the food fresh. It's hard to beat Nozawa. For the most authentic (no California rolls, no terriyaki chicken, none of that fake wasabe) Sushi Zo is the place. But you have to want the adventurous.
But my personal choice would be Nishimura.
