Sushi at the world???

Anyone have any recommendations for sushi while visiting the Disney parks and resorts?

We think Kimonos inside the Swan is probably the best sushi and atmosphere in the World.

We liked the sushi at California Grill, and also at Wolfgang Puck Cafe. DS tried some at Kona Cafe that was good, but he just sampled one variety there.

There's a pretty expansive sushi list at Tokyo Dining in EPCOT.

Wow just pulled up a picture of the California Grill view, and it's amazing. I would love to book that around the time of the fireworks.

California Grill has excellent sushi made by Yoshi, one of the first and finest of women sushi chefs. Wolfgang Puck can be hit or miss. Kimonos has an attitude problem.
If you can sneak over to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, you'll find an excellent sushi bar in the lobby, of all places.

Sunshine Seasons at the Land Pavilion has sushi too!

Its a great spot for lunch as its counter service (so you don't need and ADR). They also serve paninis and other hot dishes that you may enjoy since you don't like sushi.

That noted, if you can get into CG during wishes that is a no brainer!!!

Don't you mean Kona Island which is right next to Kona Cafe, because that's where I saw the sushi being made.

Actually, my DF and I ate at Kona Cafe in September and we were able to order sushi from Kona Island while dining at the Cafe. It was a wonderful addition to our dinner.
