Sushi at Tepan Eden

Here is a picture of the sushi sampler at Teppan Edo. It was very good and look at that lovely presentation. I tend to prefer the nigiri style over the rolls, especially the yellowtail tuna.

At Teppan Edo, you can order sushi but it is a hibachi restaurant. If you are going for just sushi, you should eat at Tokyo Dining. I love their sashimi and sushi. They were always fresh when we eat there.
