We went last night (October 12). This was a big disappointment for us. They no longer offer the hot food (rice, tempura, chicken and vegetables were discontinued); this is soup, salad, 2 rolls and 6 pieces of nigiri per order (1 roll can be a hand roll). The sushi was good, though not as good as Kimonos (my favorite on property), and definitely a good value, but the service was atrocious. We ordered drinks, and were ignored for 10 minutes or more before the waitress returned to take our order. She handed us menus, and we told her that some of us wanted the all-you-can-eat sushi, and two others would be ordering from the regular menu. She then threw (literally) the sushi sheets at the table, without explaining the special at all. We asked about where we indicated if we wanted tempura, rice or chicken, since we had called on Thursday of last week to get the details, and were told that these items were part of the special. That is when we were informed that "that" special no longer exists. Ok, that's fine; obviously, changing the menu and specials is up to the restaurant. It was just the way she was dealing with us that was off-putting. Anyway, we then ordered the Hibachi Special, which per the menu, was to include shrimp appetizer, vegetables, egg fried rice, hibachi chicken, soup and salad. When we ordered, the waitress asked if we wanted fried rice, to which we said that it came with the special. She then informed us that the menus contained a misprint, and that fried rice would be $3.50 per person extra. That, is crap, and I told her so. I told her if she has a problem with the printer, take it up with them, but if you hand out a menu stating that fired rice is part of the special price, they should honor that price. In the end I had to get a manager to approve this. Ridiculous. The sushi came out, and was good, but no hot food arrived for several more minutes. When the food was brought to us, it was cool to cold, as if it had been sitting waiting to be picked up. When we complained, the food was taken away, microwaved and brought back to us. We assume it was microwaved because of the uneven heating and suddenly hot plate. This was awful. We complained again, but at this point, my wife and son were ready to just leave (they left and went to get dinner while the rest of us finished our sushi). We were able to get the hibachi food taken off the check, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. I just don't think this whole experience was worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
