Just updating to add, it looks like the UK is still waiting for supplies while the book IS being shipped in the US (as it's a US publisher in this instance).

I'm only guessing here, but it looks like the publisher might have been caught out by the initial sales run (1,000 copies sold in the first 2 weeks) and is battling to catch up with demand here in the US first. Hopefully they will be able to do that soon and then make sure they ship some supplies to the UK as we know there is strong demand there, too.

I ordered mine from amazon.co.uk and it didn't say it was on pre-order, however, it does state a 1-3 week delivery on it, so I am still waiting for mine to be delivered - can't wait
I also ordered 3 of the Imagineering field guides as the Hollywood Studios one isn't out till next year!
