Survivor Thailand! (Possible Spoilers)

The whole bat thing was odd.Maybe she is getting delirious.
I was thinking Ted wasn't a good swimmer and that was why he never went for water,but after seeing him make it to the island and back there really is no excuse.

I have never been so happy to see someone voted off the show.Kind of makes me feel like a freak.

Ken's a nice piece of eye candy....
Brian....playing well...verdict not in yet.
Erin....She needs a higher intellect. Can doctors insert that too?
Jan is out 'cause Clay can't grow (taller or) up.

Helen has a raw energy about her. She is my fav to win.

This survivor - everyone looks healthier than previous survivor games. They have definitely modified the game.

I think Rob knew he was NOT going to win, thats why he said that he had a great "experience" on the island. Banana's and Bats.....what a Combo!

LauraJean - You didn't tell us what you think about Jake and ShiiAnn. I like Helen too but I haven't zoomed in on anyone in particular that I would really like to win. I kinda like Penny. I have a feeling that the winner is going to be someone who is flying low under the radar...possibly a Penny or an Erin. But my four favorites for the moment in no particular order are Ken, Brian, Jake and Helen.

Yippee! Rob's gone!!! I was thinking that he sounded like he was either ready to go or he somehow knew they were going to vote for him when he started talking about what a wonderful experience he'd had.

Jan WAS kind of weird about the baby bat - maybe she's starting to lose it.

I'm still rooting for Shi Ann to win; 2nd choice would be Helen.

Is it just me or does there seem to be a lack of visual alliance forming? It just seems that in the past Survivors, forming alliances were more visible. I mean, we all have seen Brian and Ted's alliance but have I just missed the others? I think Jan and Helen have one for now. And on the other team there was one between Robb, Jed and Stephanie even though we visibly didn't see them forming one. And the other five on that team seem to have one at the moment. Maybe I'm just expecting it too soon.

I hope that Robb did learn his lesson. When I think of how rude he was to people in the beginning, I still boil.

I'm starting to like a few people but I have to keep on rooting for the local girl. Go Penny!

I think it's possible that what alliances they may be editing out will prove to be important--remember how we weren't shown the secret alliance between Colby and Tina?

I missed the whole first half, came in on the part where they were going to the Thai feast, due to the press conference. Any details about what happened in the first half hour would be very appreciated.

Can't believe I fell asleep after the first 5 minutes!!! I woke up just as Robb was getting voted off, and then fell back asleep. Glad to see Robb go

I thought it was funny when Brian wanted to know if they could "eat" the baby bat. LOL Helen is through with Granny- just my prediction. The bat thing was too far out.

I am SO glad Rob with two B's is gone! I enjoyed this week much better than last. That guy really bugged me. At least he took it well, gotta give him that. Maybe this will be a learning experience for him and he'll learn to shut his big mouth once in awhile. I hope he's not cocky on the Early show today.

Granny seems to be aging daily! The poor thing. I can't believe she's made it this far.....

Can you believe how much weight they've all lost in just 18 days?? Even Ted is looking gaunt!

I need a survivor weight loss camp.....

Are they really going to merge next week? I thought Jeff (in previews) said something about "not what you expect." Of course they always say that...

Maybe they decided after hearing Robb say that they 2 most important things to him prior to survivor were how much he made and getting wasted that he couldn't stand to lose any more brain cells..LOL

I'm glad (to an extent) that Robb finally woke up and realized what butthead he was to his tribe. But... too little too late. Maybe now he is a bit more tolerable of a person, but I was still very, very glad to see him go. Ken was a bigger person that I could've been by taking him on that walk and talking to him.
As for Jan and her bat.... that was a little gross and disturbing. Why make a big production out of disposing of it? I guess she's just a sensitive old bat herself.
At least the guys went to that other island to look for the boat. I think Ted went because he knew he had to... he was the one who tied the boat off in the first place, so he would've gotten a lot of flack had he not helped try to find it. I can see that he's not a strong swimmer at all, so I can understand why he doesn't go on the water runs. Why tire out the strongest (physically) person on your team for water when others are even more capable of getting the water? Jan is a very strong swimmer, despite her battiness, so of course she would help in getting the water. We all saw how exhausted the guys were in the reward challenge after swimming around to search for the boat.
Helen is getting on my nerves - I'm wondering how long she will last in being able to "play the game" while secretly griping to the camera about everyone in her tribe. Her feelings are bound to surface to the group at some point.
We shall see what happens next week!

Was I just imagining things or when Chewy Gum was talking about finding their missing boat, did I see a shot of the boat up in a sort of cove on one of the islands, possibly the one they are on??

And I'm sad to see Robb go - he was starting to grow on me. Jan, Ted, Erin, and Shii Ann, IMO, can check out anytime! My faves are Brian, Jake, Helen and Ken.

And I'm sure there is some new twist next week when the merger should occur. But will it? And, if so, under what new terms or conditions??

I still don't know why they don't show us much of Jake, Erin and Penny. It must be intentional. I have a gut feeling that Jake or Shii Ann will win it all. Either one would be fine with me.

Yahoo.. was I ever glad to see Rob go last night.. I am also routing for Shi Ann and I like the old guy who put that team together... he seems to have some heart.. I have to say this particular Survivor.. I have not warmed up to any of cast...other than Shi Ann and the old guy.. why can't I think of his name..

Actually.. I was surprised that the vote for Rob was unanimous...they obviously did not buy his heartfelt talk the other night while drinking the wine before the vote... He did himself in by piggily eating the bananas whenever he felt like it.. beside he was one obnoxious dude...

Jake is the one who chose the tribe and I like him too, especially when he was "counseling" Shi Ann last week.

SSB likes Jake also... but think that later he will fall prey to the "he is a rich guy, and does not need the money as much as the rest of us" scenerio that has happened before.

Would be surprised is Shi Ann makes it to the end, but you never know...

SSB will take Penny and Ken to live a good while.....

Really enjoyed the episode last night, and loved when RoBB was trounced once Big Ted got the charge to cover him....
