I think Russel wanted to win everything so bad that he put all his effort on finding the idols, but he failed to think about the jury. All he wanted was to be the one and only on everything. Production mentioned of facebook that Russel spend hours and hours looking for the idols, but of course we only see the edited version. He was always up early while the others were sleeping, that was a good thing, you have to be alert and ahead of the rest, I liked that from him.

I think there are two types of people who are glad that Natalie won.

1) Those that supported her throughout the season and liked how she played.

2) Those that didn't want Russell to win and are glad that he didn't. To me, these people are just like the ones on the Jury that could't vote for Russell.

Someone from production? Ok so maybe they're jealous of Jeff Probst. Just kidding...really, who the heck knows, but they sure dislike him. LOL





Russell was on the award where several of them got to watch the video clip on the cell phone, it showed the picture of the mossy rock, and Dave was close to it, and Russell called him away from it so that he could return later to find it. LOL

They might be jealous, who knows


Dave was so busy chasing Russ that he didn't even looked for the idol. I loved that part too, when Russ came back to that spot to find it.

Well I think it is what it is. I did feel somewhat sad for Russell, he seemed so upset with not winning, but now that the shock is over I really think he should just grow up and give Nat. her due respect, to keep on and on about yourself after someone else has already won is just plain poor sportmanship, should he have won, no I don't think so, did he play a better game than Nat. yes, he really did but now be a man and let it go.
He had a lot of air time so he will surely profit from that, he doesn't seem to be hurting money wise, so why belittle what someone else has won, I think he should man up and let it go now???

Just wanted to add Russell did say that he looked for the idols for a long, long time before finding them, I think the editing just made it look simple, but in fact he spent days looking for them before finding them.

Natalie didn't outsmart anyone. She was given a $1,000,000 prize because she's a southern sweetie with a fantastic body. Killing a rat and talking to people doesn't qualify you to win $1,000,000.

Well, too bad for Russ.

I knew all along that Russ wouldn't never get any votes from that jury.

Russ does have a big mouth and ego. The only reason he showed the idol is to show is to send the message "hey look at me, I have and idol so if you are thinking about voting me off..look at me, I control you". Going around questioning everybody, 'did you said this, did you say that' was a wrong move, he showed his weak side.

I think it would be hard for Russ to get the votes from the jury, all of them hate him. If the final 2 is:

Russ & Brett --- Brett will win
Russ & Natalie ---Natalie will win
Russ & Jaison --- Jaison will win
Russ & Mick ---- Mick will win

His only chance would be him and Shambo, because of the fact that everybody in the jury knows now that Shambo was the galu traitor and if Russ was able to send them home was in part because of her.

I thought it was interesting in that interview with him from the first episode that he said the only person who could beat him is the one who could gain his trust. Natalie did just taht. I wish he had won, but I'd like to see him give her credit for THAT.

Who knows why the new is interviewing him still. I didn't say that he needs to go on and on about how Nat was better than him, come on. He could easily say " congrats to Nat on winning" and leave it at that.

I don't think so with regards to how the voting will play out. I think Russell will win a clean sweep of votes against everyone except for possibly Natalie or Brett. He needs to get rid of Brett for sure as that's a danger zone because of all the Galu members, but I think Russ beats anyone else easy. He's blind sided some people but in the end, they will acknowledge that he was the better player and will give him the million dollars.

Mick and Jaison would not have beaten Russell.

You never know everybody was so sure that Russ had brain washed the jury and they would honor him with their votes because he was such a smart person. Maybe Mick wouldn't because he was such a lost case.

Jaison shouldn't have had a vote. One of the most worthless players in Survivor history. Sucked at physical challenges and was even worse at mental ones.

I agree! He was so lazy, and always complaining like a little girl.
