Anyone else read the post show interviews with Kent...he wants the chance to play again. Didn't he say that returning plays shouldn't be there? LOL

I should have paid more attention to what he was saying. I was focusing more on watching who voted for who. I am not a multitasker. Cannot listen to a reporter and at the same time read the crawls underneath either.

We pretty much always have to watch the end twice for this reason LOL.

You're welcome! I loved Penner in his original season and I have always said that there is something about him that's endearing to me. I thought it was the genuine nature of his interviews, much like Boston Rob. When Boston Rob did an interview segment, I really felt like he was talking to ME. Very personable and charming. Penner is the same way. But there was still something......... I couldn't put my finger on it. THEN, last night I was watching while folding the laundry, I turned my back and Penner spoke....... IT WAS HAWKEYE!!!! I KNEW IT!!!! I rushed to YouTube and pulled this up:

I went and watched one of his deleted scenes thinking there had to be more to him than we've seen on the show. Nope, not as far as I can tell. I think your description is spot on.

I totally agree - I can't stand him for this reason. I hate looking at his face every week with his mouth hanging open, staring-blank-eyed at the camera. And everytime he speaks, idiocy spews forth.

A few observations.

What happened to all of the rain?

Before the merge, they were huddled under a shelter and now they're sleeping in the sand on a blanket. Don't you think that they'd be covered with bug bites between the sand and all of the rain that they had been getting?

I was thinking this, too. Apparently, you insult the weather with your tribe name just one time, and its's no longer an issue. I wish that's how it worked in real life.

I hated Boston Rob- I think because his accent made my ears bleed!

I was kind of suprised his gigantic head actually fit on my 60" tv screen.

I watched the Ponderosa video for Jeff, and one scene shows a ridiculous amount of rain coming down, so we will probably see that in this weeks episode.

Incidentally, why were there 4 Ponderosa videos for RC who was by herself, but only 2 Ponderosa videos for RC and Jeff together???

Lisa Whelchel is known for her time on "The Facts of Life," but now she is on "Survivor: Philippines." On Nov. 14, shocking news came out about her that had fans concerned.

Lisa went to her Facebook to let fans know what was going on with her health. She said: "Dr. just called with blood test results...I have West Nile. Ugh. I'm fine, just tired. Takes a year to recover. " This come as shocking news to fans. You have to wonder if she picked it up while in the Philippines on "Survivor."

A bit later she updated fans one more time saying: "I've been very touched by all the sweet tweets. Other than tired, I'm feeling fine & expecting a full recovery.
