Survivor: Pearl Islands *OFFICIAL THREAD*

That's way too much lime green

Have a great cruise Tulli. I can't wait to hear what the ship looks like after the changes in drydock. I heard some rooms aren't ready yet and people's accomodations were changed becuase of it. Please make you check out all the new changes to what was Common Grounds, Off Beat and the ESPN Skybox and we expect a full report.:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

The video teaser is even more interesting. I wonder who gets drunk at the tribal council and if the hints that someone switches sides is true and how it will be done.

And that ain't even the half of it!!! You should see our warehouse!!!!!!! It's TAKING OVER!!!

I just went to Reality Planet to play the game there and it is really hard! Some of the questions got cut off so you have to guess at what they are asking. I don't think I'm going to do so well this week. :worried: :headache:

Dh thinks that's the valuable possession taken when raiding the other tribe for winning the reward challenge.

Just wanted to let y'all know I'm gonna be out of town this weekend, leaving tomorrow, so the SFL ranks won't be posted until probably Monday. Just thought I'd tell you so you wouldn't wonder where they were.

:chat: :duck:

Tulirose - I'm jealous I would love to go on a Disney Cruise. Have fun. We will miss you while you're gone.

If they mix up teams do you think that maybe the item they can take from the other camp for the reward challenge could be a person? That would be an interesting twist but only if Morgan wins. If not, it would make the teams even more lopsided.

I was watching the preview and it appeared that Jeff, the host, runs into the water to help Osten. I wonder if this really happens or if it was just the editing.

Can't wait until tonight.

Interesting episode. You could tell that throwing the challenge didn't sit well with Rupert at all. I'm wondering if he will tell the Morgans about it during his time with them. I felt sorry for him when he had to go with the Morgans. It was almost like adding insult to injury. In the preview for next week, he seems to be getting along pretty good with them and they finally get to eat fish! I loved the way Burton was totally blind sided by the vote against him. I was very surprised to see the only other vote against Christa was from Michelle. I guess just about everyone saw Burton for what he was, a major threat.

I can't wait to see Burton on the Early Show tomorrow! Ha! I liked him and Christa so I hated to see either of them go. Heck, I like everyone on that team except for Jon, who makes me puke! But boy, ole Burt, I bet he's wishing now he didn't come up with that idea about throwing the challenge! I can't figure out why part of the tribe didn't like Christa. They didn't really show her being annoying.

Burton & the other guy who were teasing Rupert about his skirt, yeah it was a little juvenile, but sometimes it seems like Rupert needs to lighten up. You never really see him joking around and just laying back.

I would hate to finally win a challenge just because the other team threw it. If I win something I want it to be because I deserve it!!

Also about the treasure, you'd really think the show would have done a better job of making sure the things inside didn't get ruined. That was really awful.

Osten . . . what can be said about that. INCREDIBLE.

The thing that bothered me the most about tonight's show was showing the tribe with the tide coming into their shelter and they were trying to block it with sand and driftwood. My kids play that game at the beach and IT DOESN'T WORK! MOve the shelter!

Did you like that oh so smug smile on Jon's face at the end of tribal council? I'd like to smack his face right off his head. And because he's so obnoxious,I'm sure he'll be around for awhile. Doesn't anybody see how he's playin' them? He did boast that he was "The Puppetmaster"!

I just visited CBS.com and read Burton's last words. I can't BELIEVE the size of that man's head. Read this:

So, I've got to say I'm disappointed beyond what words could explain. But in the same sense, I'll have to say that being a strategic player and knowing the threat that I posed to every individual in my tribe, I probably would have done what the majority ended up doing.

There's no doubt in my mind that any Challenge, physical or mental, when it came to individual Immunity, I would have won hands-down. No doubt in my mind. The tribe realized that, and they did what they had to do. I don't believe it's the right decision at this point in time, but if they didn't do it now, I would have had the cards in my hand to play all the way to the end of the game and make my way to the winner's circle, which I know I could have done.

I had an amazing time out here. I met some great people, albeit I'm not sure if I really know who they are. But it's been absolutely amazing. I've enjoyed every minute of it and loved everyone, and wish them the best. It's going to be a lot harder without me. Challenges are not going to be guaranteed as they were when I was involved. I'd say may the best or strongest or smartest person win, but that's impossible at this point. So good luck to those left, and I'll see you on the other side.

GEEZ!!! What a blowhard!

I was irritated too by them trying to hold back the ocean with sand. And it's not like it was a trickle....that was a LOT of onrushing water. Hey, Mother Nature takes what she wants, no use trying to fight her off!

Gee, Burton's the physical master of Drake? Could've fooled me. Seems like Rupert would eaet him for breakfast, lunch and dinner on a physical challenge.

I totally misread Drake's dynamics before this show and never would have guessed Burton was in danger, which is why I had him in my tribe. That cost me big time. Did I miss something or did CBS really not show that until last night?

So Jon is the Rob of PI, which means he'll last a while. Gotta admit, he's funny, in a pitiful way.

Sandy,

I had Burton in my tribe too!! I never saw anything negative about him either. And you're right, that did cost points:mad:

Add me to the list of people who had Burton on their tribe!

They did vote off their "strongest" player (along with Rupert). Burton was always leading the team, especially in the water. They will have a harder time winning challenges. Oh well, everyone on Survivor acts like they have never watched the show. NEVER EVER EVER THROW AN EVENT UNTIL YOUR OPPOSITION IS DEFEATED. Everytime this happens, the table turns and the other team dominates :headache:

Now that Drake is worried that Rupert is inadvertantly telling things about them, I hope that he is not in danger of being voted off.

The only male I put on my fantasy team was Rupert. All the others were women. I had to replace Lil when she was voted off, so I chose Ti. And I just replaced Michelle with Christa. I had wanted Christa in the first place but didn't realize until last nights show that I had gotten her name wrong. None of the other men have really stood out to me.

Could it be possible that Michelle just gets on the others nerves? It seems like something was said about that last night. And maybe just because she formed an alliance with Burton and the other guy. I still don't have all their names down.

As I watched Morgan celebrate their victory, I felt so sad for them that they didn't win honestly. At least they didn't know but I wonder when they got back to camp, if they talked about it. I would have liked to see a couple of clips of Rupert with them before Drake went to tribal council.

Next week should be interesting.

The "other guy" is Shawn. Although my friend was calling them "Burton & Ernie."

Didn't Osten say way back in the first episode that he can't swim? why would they even send him out there? They lost a lot of time when Andrew and Ryan had to go rescue him. They could have kept him on the beach.

Rupert is DA MAN!

Don't be surprised is Rupert is given the option to stay with Morgan and he accepts.
