Survivor - Guatemala

Now we will have to deal with Judd. I am sure that his feeling will be hurt because he was not let in on how the vote was going to go down.

I like Judd (don't get me wrong here)... But my first thought was serves him right... When they switched up the teams and his "team" had the numbers, he went against them and with the others to vote off Margaret. Not that I liked Margaret, but my point is he has no right to get upset that he was not "in on it"... what goes around comes around...right? I would like to see it be Steph, Dani, Judd and Gary (but I also really love Rafe) because I like the idea of the strongest duking it out. I can't stand the "fly under the radar" people just sliding through and winning...

Just to comment on last weeks show. I wish that Jeff had waited to ask if anyone found the idol after the vote. It would have been so cool to see Gary get the most votes and then have him pull out the idol. I wonder who would have gone then?

I think the reason Lydia slowed her team down was because her legs are so much shorter than the others and the mud was so deep. She was trying so hard, just couldn't pull her legs out of the mud fast enough.

I wonder if they will listen to what Jeff said about Jaime giving them a clue on how to play the game.

It is so fun to see the shocked looks on people's faces at TC. Judd's was priceless!

I thought Gary's video was going to blow his secret. His house looked pretty nice, but no one seemed to pick up on it.....
As a Gary fan, that's what I was worried about when his video was going to be shown. Fortunately for him, the camera focused more on his kids and their antics. I'm sure that he "coached" them beforehand not to say anything about his pro football career.

I like Gary because he just seems to have his head on straight. Jamie started weirding me out because of all the paranoia. Could you imagine being stuck in the jungle with that for days?!?!?!

I'm not sure how I feel about Lydia making it to the end. She is one of the hardest workers there and she always gives 100% at the challenges. Unfortunately her height held her back in the reward challenge and that impacted the whole team.

Lydia is a good person. She may not be as strong physically, but mentally she is, so it would be nice to see a challenge where you have to use your brain, not your brawn. Other Survivors they have had trivia, true or false tests and things like that. I hope they do that so Lydia can have a chance.
I like Gary, Danni, Rafe, Lydia to be the final 4. I don't mind Cindy either.
They need to get rid of Stephanie and Judd.

Glad Jamie is gone.

Did you see the end when he said he can't get over Lydia voting for him? What is up with that? What did I miss, where he took care of Lydia?

Sometimes I wonder if people forget they are playing a Game to Win Millions of dollars.

OK don't quote me on this but I remember one of the first few episodes, before the shake-up in tribes, Lydia was going to be voted out. I think it was Jamie that went to her and told her she needed to get in there and sell herself or the others were going to send her home. Again, it's been awhile so I'm not positive about that.

It'll be a sad day in Survivor history if Lydia makes the final two. Would take hanging on to the coat tails of the others to a whole new level.

Why? She works very hard. You always see her chopping, cooking, and with a smile on her face.

no...that was Brian I think.

IMO - Steph needs to go. She's leading this pack too much...why are they all listening to her? becuase she's "done this" before?
she made it to the jury...for the second time..ok - time to go byebye

I don't think Lydia is sliding by anymore so than anyone else. She has been on the chopping block a few times earlier and managed to get out of it. She is a hard worker, gives 100% at the challenges. Her physical size played a big role in this challenge, plus she is older.

I thought Survivor was "Outwit, Outlast, Outplay". Nowhere does it say you have to "Outfit" (as in fitness) anyone.

I'm so glad Jamie is gone. I think if they're smart, they will get rid of Judd. He's a big threat to the rest of them.

I agree. I was sick of listening to Jamie whine. I guess it will all depend on who gets the idol next week.
I think a brain challenge is due.

I'm glad Jamie is gone! It was almost as fun as watching Bobby Jon go last week! Did anyone catch Bobby Jons hair last night? It looks like he styles it with a large mixing bowl! What an awful creature he is!! Anyway I will be most happy to see Judd and then Stephanie get the boot. After that I don't care who goes.

I'm glad Lydia's still there. Earlier when she was in danger of the vote, I would have been really upset to see her go. Especially before all those young, cute girls who did nothing. I'm glad they've kept her in the game because she's a hard worker, just not good at physical challenges. That said, I don't want her in the final two because I think she would win and I don't think she's deserving of the Ultimate Survivor.

I agree that Judd has to go. What I don't understand is why Gary hasn't told the entire group that Judd lied to them about where the immunity idol was located. Maybe he's holding onto this info until he really needs to use it. :confused3 And I think that Gary, Steph, Lydia and Rafe were all on the original team before the shakeup weren't they? Judd and Cindy weren't, so maybe Steph is making it "look like 6" (well 5 now that Jamie's gone) but it's really the 4 from the original day one!

And I think Danni is holding onto the football info until next week when it will be between she and Gary for whose going home. She'll use it to buy her 3 more days.

You know, I remember that now. I think it was Brian. I have no clue what he's talking about then. :confused3

It was Jaime that "helped" Lydia in the beginning by keeping her advised and telling her to sell herself. That's why she was so hesitant in voting against him.

The only reason Lydia was ever on the block is because she was worthless in challenges when it was still team vs. team. Turns out she was second to most worthless.

As for working around the camp, it's been shown season after season that killing yourself every day does nothing but cause you to be tired at challenges. I don't blame folks for playing the game and taking it easy sometimes.

Ah Katie, queen of Survivor wardrobe malfunctions. IMO she got totally invovled with the politics toward the end. Not just a coat tail hanger. Didn't she also win at least one challenge?

I could change my mind if Lydia does anything different in future weeks.

Even though i like stephenie, (it's about time a girl won by actually doing something) I think she's going home next week. Just a prediction.

I was worried for Gary when the videos came out too. Not only for his house, but I remember someone posting that Danni's father is a huge fan of Gary and has pictures of him around their house. When I saw that the video was of her parents in their house I was worried they'd pass by a picture of Gary in the background :rotfl:

My final four that I would like to see would be
Danni (didn't like her until recently)
Gary
Rafe
Lydia or Steph (Steph is stronger, but I like Lydia's personality better)

Lil already did that a few seasons ago. Remember her? The Boy Scout Leader. She was voted out, then came back. By then it was individual immunity so they never saw her as a "threat". She could't do a thing......
