I’m not sure of the best place to post this, so feel free to move it!
I’m (34F) going on a family trip in August and I’m getting really into it. I’m a Disney regular and my siblings and I used to go yearly as kids, but they haven’t been in 10+ years. We haven’t been on a family trip in a very long time.
On the trip will be me, my mom (57F), my sister (30F), my nephew (5m), my brother (27M) and my sister in law (30F). My SO might be joining but TBD. We will be going in August.
I thought it would be fun to create little “survival” kits for the family. Nothing crazy but some fun things/essentials. I’m not sure what to include so I wanted to crowd source.
Right now I was thinking of doing:
1. Ponchos
2. Cooling towels
3. Hand sanitizer
4. A fake “gift certificate” for one day of Genie+
And then for my nephew adding in sticker books for the plane, those glow stick necklace thingies, an autograph book, and a magic band. It’s his first trip! (This trip was initially supposed to just be me and my nephew before everyone crashed it).
Anyone have any cheap but fun/cute ideas? I don’t want to go crazy with the money. They’re all adults and can buy their own things, but thought this would be fun.
