Hi all!

I'm just counting down the days until I get my new computer (so I don't have to drive to campus everyday to check my e-mail) and until our upcoming trip!!! As many of you know here I am planning on suprising my best friend with sharing my b-day with her while we are in WDW. We arrive on my b-day and I decided to share it with her as her family ALWAYS does big birthdays but due to other issues she was by herself for her real b-day. My question is, she is flying in from Denver, I am flying in from Minneapolis and I want to suprise her in the airport with the fact we're both going to be b-day girls for the trip. How do I do that? I was just thinking of "confessing" with a b-day card and little gift I got her (I got her a real b-day gift and mailed it for her real b-day) but that seems a bit anti climatic. What ever it is has to be able to go in my carry on or with me on the plane since we have DME and I would rather not have the front desk say something before me. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Minnesota

PS I will be on campus a while longer but I'll be coming back online tomorrow - life stinks without your own computer and internet connection!

We are surprising my DD with a trip to WDW for her BDAY. We planned an "unbirthday" surprise party with her friends to break the news. I went to Walmart the other day & founds a great Pirate card which plays music. I am placing $25 in Disney Dollars & Tickets to the Pirate & Princess Party.

I don't know if just seems hokey, but I think it would be really fun. You could go to Claire's (or another fun jewelry place in a mall) and get her a sash (like what a beauty pageant contestant would wear) that says something like "Birthday Diva". Or, what about a crown that says, "Birthday Girl?"

You could also make matching t-shirts that say something about your birthdays. What about a birthday button? They sell those at teacher supply stores.

Oh, this would be fun!!!

I'd get two shirts made up that say "We're Celebrating Our Birthdays in Disney World" or something like that. I'd wear one to the airport and bring the other one in a gift bag for her. Have her open it in the airport...perhaps you can even get your hands on two birthday buttons in advance. Again, wear one to the airport, and give her the other one.

have fun!

thanks for the ideas, guess I have more shopping to do. I am hesitant about the shirts as it took us 3 days and about a million e-mails to pick matching shirts for the PPP but the b-day buttons are a good idea especially since we plan to get the ones at the parks as well.
Thanks!
