Support for Distickers?

I love the designs on Distickers.com, but I can't find a support or tech questions section on the site. My ticker shows fine in the preview, but when I post, the countdown doesn't appear. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same problem and would be curious to know as well.

If you look at my ticker below, you'll see the very top of mickey's ear and donald's hat, but not the whole thing. Like you, it shows up fine in the preview.

It's not a DIS Tickers issue. The boards have a set amount of space that your signature can take up. Your tickers plus all the other stuff in your signatures occupy too much space.

Make sure you are using the "BBcode" code to put in your signature - it is not the first one that appears. It is the one that uses the square brackets, and make sure you include all of the code.

It looks as if you somehow only got the background image.

Thanks Annette! I shortened my signature and I think that fixed it.

Ah...that was it...tinkerbell is the sliding element...I haven't seen all the tickers yet. I was thinking the slider was missing, not just the text.
