Hi everyone! Here is the sign-up thread for the Super Sports and More Swap. I went with 2 elements instead of mini page kits. There are just too many larger swaps right now. I thought this would a nice break. I will open multiple groups if needed. I think we need a minimum of 3 to keep the group. Less and I will delete it at the end. If you had pm'd me ahead of time, I already have you in a group. Let me know if something isn't the way you want it.
1. Due date is August 1, 2008. That is when I need to receive your package. Mail by date is July 25, 2008, to make sure your package arrives to me. I will sort them the weekend of August 2, and send them back out. That is a FIRM deadline because that is my only open weekend to sort before getting ready for my WDW trip. I cannot extend the deadline, school starts right after the trip and I really dont want the added stress of swapping out at that time. NOTE: I will ask you to check in every TWO weeks (by posting a check-in by date in the thread title). If I haven't heard from you for the July 4th check in, I will send a pm to you. If the pm is not answered within 2 days, I will have to angel your spot. If you will be away for that check in, please let me know ahead of time.
Please pm me your name, DIS name, mailing address, email address and phone number when you sign up (I will only use these in an emergency).
2. You pick your topic when you sign-up. Please let me know what your elements will be when you sign-up--you can change your mind later, if need be. Some groups need a topic or theme, please let me know what yours is.
3. Required: You will make TWO elements from the list below for each person in your group, elements must be embellished TWO ways. There will be different numbers of people per group.
4. Packing Instructions - use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each kit. Youll have up tp 7 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag. - be sure to include your name, your DIS name. On the Gallon Ziploc bag please put your mailing address on your bag and include return postage.5. Mailing Instructions- Mail in Priority Mailer & include $4.80 or $9.80 for postage (stamps, cash, check) to return your items. Delivery Confirmation is $0.65.
Please dont send metered or click-it/ship-it postage some hostesses have had issues with these. On the outside of your box/envelope please include your DIS name and Swap name in the bottom corner!
6. If you havent swapped with me before, I am limiting you to TWO groups only. If you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
7. Most importantly HAVE FUN!! I know we all get worried about our stuff sometimes. I know everything will be GREAT! Just make something you would be proud to have in your own albums, and everyone will love it!!

Please, no hand lettering on any items. You may use computer fonts, rub-ons, stamps, die cut letters, etc. Embellished means using brads, eyelets, charms, ribbon, 3D stickers, quality stickers, clip art, inking, embossing (dry & heat), or stamping. All elements should be double-matted and embellished TWO ways unless otherwise noted!!

Topper: 1PP ~ 8 inch long by 2 inch wide
Photo Frames: 2PP ~ for a 4 x 6 photo & the Sizzix dies are ok (you need to crop a bit from the photo to use these.) Two layers on the frame would make the photo seem double matted.
Photo Mats: 2PP ~ for a 4 x 6 photo without cropping. Again, two layers as the photo sits on top of these.
Journaling Box: 2PP ~ at least a 3x3 writing area, double matted and embellished with actual journal area placed on top of the two mats
Tag: 1 PP ~ large tag 4.5-5 inches, 2 pp if smaller, double matted and embellished, include either ribbon/fiber or eyelet/brad in the hole. May include both....
Borders (a pair): 1setPP ~ 11 inches long (or 12 inches long that can be cut to 11)
Embellished squares: 4PP ~ largest mat should be no larger than 2"
Journaling Box n Tag: 1PP ~ one journal box with matching tag (see details above)
File Folder, Journal box or Tag (medium sized) & 2 Embellished Shapes: 1-1/2x1-1/2 or larger if you wish, double matted and embellished. These can be circles, squares, flowers, etc. be creative. If it is a shape that would not look right double matted please use your best judgment.....Just make up for it in another way. Maybe make a few extra or throw in something extra.
Slide Mounts: 2PP ~ be creative here please
