Super shuttle best option from LAX?

We'll have a 3yr old who will need a carseat. We really do not want to drive ourselves! Is Super shuttle the way to go? We can't just hop a taxi with a little one, can we? How about a limo?

We are going to the Candy Cane inn...

Well you can just hop in a taxi, but I don't know if you'd want to--that will run you somewhere between $80-$100 from LAX to the resort area. Are you taking her carseat for her to sit in on the plane, then you could use it in the taxi. I don't know about carseats on SuperShuttle or other options from LAX, I just know the taxi is expensive, so keep that in mind.

I would probably use super shuttle. We've used it a few times from SNA and have been happy with them. You will need a car seat for the drive. And be you bring the "I" locking clip to use with the seat belt. The few vans I've rode in have the older type seat belts and need to have the locking clip on them.

The other option would be the Disney express bus (www.airportbus.com). Its a bit cheaper and you wouldnt need a car seat. Its not mu first choice of transportation, but some people really like it.

Depends on your financial situation. We always take a limo because its just plain easier, when I'm on vacation I'll pay just about anything to avoid stress. Most limo companies will provide you a car seat if you let them know ahead of time. We use Best Limo when in LA.

If you do use SuperShuttle, book on the internet. The prices printed on the window of the van were much higher than internet fares. We were fortunate the last time we used them from LAX, we got a van labeled "Disney Express". It headed toward Anaheim and after one or two stops dropped us off at our good neighbor hotel.
