I am putting some information about FE at the bottom of this post. It is a combination of stuff that I have collected over the years. As soon as you get to the 10 posts, PM me your info and once I send you the list, you can make the decision if you want the whole list or to be split.
We usually rent a car at WDW and drive to the port and turn it in there, but this time my DH did not want to mess with that and is opting to spend a little more to go on the Disney transport so that he does not have to worry with the luggage and all. It is a little more money, but not that bad and he is happy.
The list will probably be split into 3 to get to the smaller number that most of the splits want, so I guess since some want to be on all lists, you could choose to be on 2 of the 3. I will be doing the final numbers as soon as the 4th gets here, and I will let everyone know.
I have only had one person in all my FE groups that put a FE on each room (unless there were two families in the group in each room), but there is nothing that says you have to only have one. But as for me, depending on how I package my stuff, I will only deposit into one of the FE's. That is just me, but I wanted to put it out there.
Now for the FE info. The delivery and amount of gifts is up to you and your budget. Any specific questions, please let us know and one of us will most probably have an answer.
FE Information:
As an extra answer to the FE questions, I am giving a list of quite a few threads I have collected over the year which I have found answer quite a few questions and give a LOT of information. But feel free to question any of us and I am sure someone will have an answer.
It is totally up to you how the gifts are done. Some do a stateroom gift, others do something for the kids in the room along with something special for the adults - the only limit is your budget. Please don't worry if it is not much. I have received many different things from bookmarks, magnets, themed cups and coseys (those things that can go around a canned drink) and little bags of various candies. I have also received things that people have done that were state specific and also country (some past cruises have included new friends from Canada).
I have found a lot of threads on the DIS that give great ideas for the FE and gifts plus magnets.
These are the ones I follow and believe me there is a lot of great pictures and information. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on these.

This is a great one for magnets and milliepie (one of the disigners) is great! (She is due to start her own thread soon, so I don't have that yet, but there are a lot of disigners out there) She has done a few for me.
