We are planning to go to Sea World and Discovery Cove before heading to the port on Saturday. It will be our first trip to Sea World.

I would like to add another family to the Fish Extender list. They are the Reed family in stateroom #8643. The parents are John and Andrea. The children are Joey - 8 and Lily - 5. I helped them purchase their Fish Extender last night as we had our Cruise planning party to discuss excursions, spa treatments and dining options. I would also like to double check that my stateroom is already on the FE list as well, as it was months ago that I posted to be added. We are in Stateroom #6008, with Brian, Tracy, Nick - 15 and Zack - 12. Also, if someone could post when the final lists will be post, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks So much.

OK, I have them added. As long as you keep up with the document address I sent out it shows the updated lists as soon as I do them. Right now we have the cutoff date at March 10, unless there is enough discussion to change it.

This will be our first Disney cruise. My husband (Greg), two daughters (Madison - 14 and Kaitryn -10) and myself (Heidi).

I have been reading abut the fish extenders. Is it too late to participate? How many gifts should we be making? Do you give gifts every day or just once to everyone participating?

As an extra answer to the FE questions, I am giving a list of quite a few threads I have collected over the year which I have found answer quite a few questions and give a LOT of information. But feel free to question any of us and I am sure someone will have an answer.



It is totally up to you how the gifts are done. Some do a stateroom gift, others do something for the kids in the room along with something special for the adults - the only limit is your budget. Please don't worry if it is not much. I have received many different things from bookmarks, magnets, themed cups and coseys (those things that can go around a canned drink) and little bags of various candies. I have also received things that people have done that were state specific and also country (some past cruises have included new friends from Canada).

I have found a lot of threads on the DIS that give great ideas for the FE and gifts plus magnets.
These are the ones I follow and believe me there is a lot of great pictures and information. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on these.

This is a great one for magnets and milliepie (one of the disigners) is great! (She is due to start her own thread soon, so I don't have that yet, but there are a lot of disigners out there) She has done a few for me.

We are on the fence about which dinner seating to sign up for. This is our first time cruising. We have 2 girls - 10 and 14. Have heard that the second seating might be better for their ages. That younger children tend to go to the earlier seating and second show. Although 8:30 seems late to be eating dinner. Thoughts?????

WELCOME to all of our latest additions!!

I am glad to see our group is growing.

I was able to log on last night and get everything we wanted including a 10:30 PAT.

Just wondering- no pressure- as we appreciate you organizing it twokats/Kathy- when the mixology will be, and when might we know when it will be.

I have some spa appointments booked for our days at sea and do not want to be double booked. Any information as it becomes available is greatly appreciated.

Hopefully the excitement of booking excursions and getting a PAT will get me through the next week- most days we will not even be double digits for temperatures. But for now just going to enjoy the long weekend- birthday party, nfl playoffs and starting our taxes- woohoo!

We did the helmet dive in St. Maarten on our last cruise. My girls had fun with it. They saw lots of fish and got to hold a sea urchin. They take underwater photos of you. You can purchase them on a pen drive if you wish. I think it was about $30....anything to make a buck.
