OK, excuse me popping over from the UK boards for a (very!) rare appearance here on Community (I used to post here quite a lot - honest!!), but I wanted to post a quick heads-up on something that may appeal to football fans (and even non-sports fans who can appreciate the inanity of sports!),
For those who don't know some of my other work away from the Brit's Guide travel book series and other travel writing with my wife and DIS member Cleo, I also do some part-time sports-writing from the US for various UK media (notably the View From America column for SkySports.com and bits and pieces for The Sun newspaper).
Therefore, I am going to attempt a regular update on my US Sports Blog to provide a bit of fun and insight into the huge media frenzy that surrounds this event, which will hopefully also appeal to non-sports fans.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep up with it on a daily basis with all the various working requirements, but feel free to drop in and leave any comments and I'll try to keep it amusing!
