No preference here. I mostly watch for the clever commercials......LOL. They spend a fortune and never really sure it is worth the money or how you measure 'effectiveness'. If I don't like the taste of Pepsi (for example), no matter how clever the ad, I still won't buy it.

Even if the Chiefs win, the fans lose.

Why, you might ask? Because the Kansas City Sports Commission has decided to cave in to fear by virtually cancelling anything in person as far as a championship rally or celebrations go. Yeah there's a parade but even that will be socially distanced and spread out significantly. The celebratory rallies at Arrowhead are going to be restricted to all those players and six figure rich suits. It's basically the Coronavirus all over again, where everyone who wants to rally has to do so at home on either TV or other screens. I mean, Arrowhead has robust security protocols, why couldn't they just open up half to fans and half to the players and staff? This team is on the cusp of a 3rd straight title in a row, and they want to potentially shrivel up history because of 1 person? There are ways to keep fans safe that balance allowing fans to meet their players and put KC on the map, and basically banning their own fans from standing behind their team is pure greed. Kansas City's fans need to stand up and tell the city to find some other way to recognize such a historic achievement.

This was the worst case scenario I wanted for Super Bowl. :rolleyes2 UGH!
Don't like either team, but I am sick of KC and their preferential treatment by refs, so I am cheering for the Eagles.

I wanted Lions to go so badly. Not for myself, but for my parents who have been fans their whole lives and have suffered through many of pitiful seasons.

I wanted the Bills. They have gone, but never won. And I am a fan Josh Allen. Seeing his crushed face last Sunday was a heartbreaker.

I would have been excited for the Commanders. Jayden Daniels went to my alma mater, ASU. Amazing watching the rookie go so far. Great underdog story. I look forward to seeing what he does next year.

I would have been ok with Baltimore Ravens. This is almost blasphemous as a Steelers fan, but I have a soft spot for Lamar. I have no soft spot for any team in current Super Bowl lineup.

So here we are. Nothing but the commercials to look forward to. The halftime show does not interest me in the least.

I voted other, but really my vote is for The Superdome. They paid $450 million for the recent renovations, and I hope it's showcased during the broadcast(s).

Yes, a long time uber Saints fan.

Neither has now tied KC, and is currently advancing on the Eagles.

Personally, I could go either way. I'm not really a big football fan. I live in New England, so the Pats are my "local" team, which means I don't really have a stake in this one.

Part of me has a soft spot for the Chiefs because they won the year I was born (that's good luck or something, right?) and part of me would like to see the Eagles win because the Chiefs have just one twice.

I like Taylor Swift just fine, but I'm not a "Swiftie" either, so that's not a factor either way.

I'll probably just root for whomever the people I watch with are rooting for. 😁

A good excuse to go to Millers Ale house for the Sunday prime rib special. Surprisingly, it might be an even crowd. I'll have my green Boston celtics hoodie on only cause it wont matter if I dribble au jou all over it.

I wish they both could lose. lol
It never happened at a Super Bowl but:

There was a 0-0 tie on Nov. 7, 1943, in a game played between the New York Giants and Detroit Lions. The two teams combined for nine first downs and 214 yards at Briggs Stadium in Detroit. The game featured 77 running plays and 16 pass attempts.

We talked about that at work. That was before overtimes were added. But, what if neither team ever scores, and they rack up so many overtimes that the stadium just closes down. No Lombardi Trophy. Just disillusioned fans tiredly leaving in boredom.
Wouldn't that be fun? 😂
