I am not sure what my husband will be doing for Superbowl, but I wanted to be ready just in case I need to cook.
So other then hot dogs, nachos, wings, subs, chips, beer........ what other things do you have. Recipes are welcome.

If I don't make shredded beef chimichangas with all the fixings, my family will kill me

Don't know what it's called, but really good!

2 (10oz) cans chunk chicken drained
2 (8oz) cream cheese softened
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
celery, carrots, bread, crackers, or whatever for dipping

heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet over medium heat. stir in cream cheese and ranch. stir until well blended and warm. mix in half the cheese. put in slow cooker sprinkle with remaing cheese on low until hot and bubbly.

I don't use a slow cooker, i stick it in the microwave until hot and bubbly.

will be serving it AGAIN for the superbowl. can't change a thing we've been eating for the last 3 weeks. haha

1 pound of ground beef (cooked)
1 large package of Velvetta cheese (the melty kind)
1 jar of Salsa (mild or hot)

mix it all up and serve in a crock pot to keep warm, with Tortillia chips to dip.
yumm!!!

We are going to have Jambalaya, rigatoni, taco salad, and so far thats as far as we got

We usually try to have something from where the opposing team is from, but other than coffee, Im not too sure!

This past week we had wings, hot dogs, taco dip, spinach dip, finger sandwiches, and pasta salad... :rotfl: ...doesnt sound good mixed together but it was!!

I've made the same thing with a slight twist to it....
add some onions while cooking the beef and also add a small can of chopped green chiles. It's delicious!

Hi, i have nothing constructive to contribute. I was just wondering if i could watch the superbowl at your house

YUM!!! LOL :)

Here is one of my favorite recipes that is easy and always a hit!

Ham Ball

3 pkg. Budding Ham
9 oz. Cream cheese
Green onions
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon juice

Finely chop the ham and the green onions. Let the cream cheese soften. Cream together 2/3 of the ham and add the green onions to taste. Add a touch of Worcestershire sauce. Mix with hands. Add lemon juice and firm in the refrigerator. Shape into ball and roll in additional 1/3 of ham. Best if made one day ahead
