Sunshine Rewards Question

I haven't purchased anything using Sunshine Rewards in a long time but on Friday I made 2 purchases. In the past, the credit would show up in 'pending' the very next day but as of this morning nothing. Before I bother them I was wondering if anyone on this board might have some insight.

I had 2 purchases through them on Thurs and 1 showed up this morning, the other hasn't yet. Now it takes a few days.

I think it depends on the merchant as well, and some of the networks might have been closed Friday or Monday for Easter. My purchase from last Tuesday went into pending yesterday, but my purchase from Sunday isn't in pending yet. It seems to take a little longer when a purchase is right before a weekend anyway.

Depends on the merchant. Some take their own sweet time. We made an order from best buy at the end of March, and it just showed up yesterday, despite having the items for some days before that. It all depends! Meanwhile, make sure you've read through the TroubleTicket info so you know how long you need to wait officially, and try to be patient.

Also, they have message boards with helpful people on there, so you could have posted there about it instead of here; go to the source, so to speak.

It does take a few days...I have switched to Ebates for most of my online shopping as I really started having trouble getting credit from SR...I'd file Trouble Tickets and still nothing. Not really her fault though, as from what I understand, it all depends on the merchant.
