Here is the week three weigh in! Depending what day you weigh in, just post and I will update the list! Thanks ladies!

As for me, weighed in and not so good! Oh well, today is another day!! And I am starting Nutrisystem today, so wish me luck!:cloud9:

I lost 1 more pound ~ I'm now at 3/20. I better get more serious about my weight loss if I expect to reach my goal :confused3
 
I've been up and down since the beginning of this challenge and ended up practically throwing in the towel. I'm back where I started at 0/25, but I plan on reporting a loss this time next week! :)

I am down 2.4 this week, bringing me to 5.4/12 for this challenge. (I don't think my loss got changed last week) I've finally been sticking to ww the past 2 weeks, and hope to continue. I hadn't made a challenge goal in months, so maybe this will be the one.

Weighed in tonight and lost 1.8 of what I gained at Disney. I think my calculations were off for the last time because at my current weight tonight I am now 0/2.2 for this challenge. Since I skipped posting a weigh in my figures were off, so now I am back to my starting point.

:wave: Kamy! I think you missed my last update on the week 2 thread as I need to have mine changed to 0/2.2. After weigh in this Thursday I hope to post on the positive side. Sorry to hear you didn't have a good week, hoping this weeks is a better one for you.

dabute, WOW, that is a great one week loss. Congrats!

DreamBeliever, Mikamah and Jamie.....great work! Keep it up (or should I say down....lol).

luvmy2sams, we are in the same boat, hopefully we both have something good to report soon.

Lost track of which weeks I posted and didn't post... so getting me up to date, I've lost a total of 16/25 on the challenge :yay:
 
I lost 2lbs thia week. That now puts me at 15/20 for this challenge.

I haven't weigh in for the last couple of weeks so I got on the scale this morning.

I have lost 5 pounds since this challenge started.

ACKKK, I actually gained a pound! :sad2: So I am up .2 from the start. I decided to try something new and I am doing the Core plan from WW. I will think positive and KNOW that I will report a loss for next week!:yay:
 
{{{{VIJA}}}} I hate it when the scale goes up. Here's hoping that core works for you. I have to admit I am curious about core, you will have to let us know how it goes.

Hey everyone,
So last week wasn't good either. Not sure why I'm having such a hard time getting going. So far I've been doing wonderful since Monday.

Here are my commitments for the week.

1. I went to WW's on Tuesday and WI. I will go each week, no excuses to WI. I will show a loss next Tuesday.

2. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water each day.

3. I will plan my day's food each day. I will journal each day. I will stick to my plan.

4. I will check in with this thread daily!

5. I will do some kind of exercise each day (whether it's walking or doing yoga). I will work on getting my weight lifting back into control.

6. I will do 5 big girl push ups each day.


Have a happy healthy Thursday everyone.

i had a quick overnighter trip Tues-Wed with Mom, our annual trip for the Vera Bradley outlet sale. does sorting purses and accessories count as exercise? i guess technically yesterday was my day off :cool1:

sitting in the car in my jeans was a big wake-up call for me -- i didn't WI after the cruise but i'm sure i have more like 12 - 15 lbs to lose overall. it won't happen in this challenge and i'll still with my 7 lbs to go, but i gotta WI someday! i'm DREADING the WI b/c i know the number is high!

GREAT JOB to everyone that has lost in the challenge --- i need to hear your motivation and mojo -- puhleaze i need to hear it!!

today my goal is water, stay on food plan and keep moving all day getting my house/life back in order!
 
Today I'm going strong - I will do this, I have no choice. I'm down to the wire before my summer trips. If I don't do this, I won't have any clothes to wear. Even my baggy shorts are tight, lol! I also refuse to buy bigger clothes.

My goals for the day -
#1 Water - working on cup 3 now.
#2 -Plan - Smoothie for breakfast (5.5 pts), dry kashi cereal for snack split between lunch & dinner(2 pts), Lean Cuisine (7pts), Kashi Go Lean Crunch for dinner - DS has baseball & guitar tonight (4.5), Starbucks Popcicle (2 pts) = 21 for day
#3- Thread check in - DONE will check in tonight too!
#4- Walking at lunch for 45 min - 1 hour
#5 - 5 Big Girl Push ups - Did 5 last night will do my 5 for today tonight.

Feeling good - How about everyone else

Just checking in like I promised.

#1 - Water - drank 7 cups
#2- Food plan - I only deviated with dinner and snacks from work. DD and I had corn tortillas baked, 130 g ff black refried beans, 28 g fat free cheddar cheese, salsa verde, 2 grams chicken. I was also too busy to eat my snacks at work so I had a string cheese when I got home from work
#3- Thread check in - Check , Check
#4- 40 minutes walking at lunch -Check
#5- Big Girl push ups - 2 sets of 10 plus 20 sit ups.
 
good morning -- well i made it through my first day completely on plan. have i lost 10 lbs yet? :teeth:

well i guess i did end up missing my planned bike ride exercise, i had to run an unexpected necessary errand. but i'm walking later this morning and lots of yard work to do this weekend!
 
Hi there, I did my first weigh in and I am down 3 lbs yay!
Bringing my grand total to 3/20
 
Tonight's check in

#1 - 6 glasses of water (and I'm still thirsty -so I'll have another one in a bit)

#2- Food plan - dipped into my flex points, but that's good. I totally believe you should eat as many points as you can!! Breakfast - Kashi Go Lean Cruch Almond Flax, milk (4.5 points), lunch Lean Cusine (6 points), snack crackers (4 points), hummus (1point), Yogurt (3.5 points), Dinner - 2 slices mushroom/spinach pizza (14 points), Snack - Starbucks Frappucino popcicle (2pts) = 36 points!
Sounds like a lot, but I still have 13.5 flex points left for the week and my week ends Sunday.

#3- Thread Check in - Check

#4- Didn't get to walk today. Today will be considered a rest day. Went to Whole foods for lunch, this does help my diet though because it gets healthy foods into the house.

#5- Push ups - 2 sets of 10, sit ups 50, side leg lifts (standing) 30 each leg



I hope everyone is having a good week. Overall my day went really well. I would have liked to eat 1 less pizza and not have the popcicle since I wasn't really "that hungry" at that point.

Also I walked 3 bags of groceries from the parking lot at work across the campus and up 4 flights of stairs and the same at the end of the day.

I'm really trying to work on getting as much unintentional exercise. I park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage (we do have 4 floors, but since that is on the roof the car stays cooler on the 3rd floor. I've been making sure I don't walk in a path that would take me by the elevators (and even when I have I have been choosing the stair) and trying to find reasons to walk the stairs.
