I weighed in on the 14th and today. I'm down 1.7. Bringing me to 4.2 lost.
 
I am not getting on the scale this week since I have been stressed out all week. Last Friday my computer crashed and all my tax material was on it. I finally got my taxes out on Wed (yes Wed in NJ we had an extension because of the bad weather). Good luck to everyone else.
 
I am down .8 this week.... ugh so frustrating!! At least it's a loss and not a gain. That brings my total to 1.2 lbs. On a brighter note, I woke up early all week and got on the tread mill for 25 min. WOOHOO for me.... that is a big step for me!! Today was Day #6! Hopefully I will start up my aerobics class again next week... I haven't been in a few months because the kids have had soooo mush going on! Looks like things are slowing down a little though... YAY!! Keep up the great work everyone...

My weigh-in is on Sundays and last week I was down 2 lbs. At this point my loss is 2/20, and hopefully I'll be an even bigger loser this Sunday.

I lost 7lbs this week. That puts me at 13/20.

This week I gained .4 but I feel good that it wasn't more. We have been redoing the kitchen and been unable to use it for a week and a half. We've eaten out alot. I expect a better weigh-in next Friday.
 
I haven't posted this month as I lost 2.6, made goal, then went to WDW and gained 4.4. So for this challenge I am -4/2.2.
 
down .5 for my WI but, yesterday I did TERRIBLE - today I am back on - I just can't get over the stress eating............... I was doing so well with no "straight out sugar" and blew that and had chinese .so no sneek WI for me today!

am off to treadmill and hope to be outdoors some this weekend - Ohio weather is suppose to be beautiful.

Molli and family boarding the Magic today - wonder how much I will gain this week - I sent her message saying "have one of whatever" for me too this week :rotfl:

have a good weekend everyone and one day at a time - I must remind myself of that and move on when I "blow it" !
 
I did lose 1 pound this past week.....not terribly excited about that though, as I've been miserably sick :sick: and I'm afraid that it was not that dreaded fat that I lost, but the more treasured muscle! :scared: Ah well....next week will be better I'm sure....:rolleyes1
 
Hey everyone - Sorry I've been MIA since this started. I so need to get on the ball and get moving because I cannot go to WDW this summer like I am right now.

So today, I'm here to recommit. I've done well today. I'm going to go right now and write everything down in my Palm WW program. I know I've eaten good today, but I wont' know how to finish the day if I don't.

From today on, it's a new day and a new ballgame! Congrats to everyone who has been losing!
 
Hey everyone! I have been doing so terrible and need some advice on how to stick to it and what to do to really get myself losing!@
Today we had a bridal shower for my cousin, so tons of food and I did the dessert table, so that was a huge problem....
My time in WDW was full of good tastingfood, but bad choices a lot of the times. And my workouts are non existent!! HELP!!!!!!

Congrats to all you losers! I am proud of all of you!!:thumbsup2
 
Hey Kamy - I'm in the same boat! I have got to get myself in gear. I don't know what is wrong with me. Today has got to be the day I stick with this till I go to Disney. Even going to Niagara and Las Vegas need to be good so I can go to Disney and not worry about what I eat.

I know I can do it, I've done it before. I just can't seem to get in the right frame. I'm the only one that can do it for me. I guess I have to want it bad enough. I do want it bad enough - so hopefully this time I can make the right choices.

I think we all need to post here more often and really get serious. I'm planning to walk during lunch.
 
Sadly there was no change this week, HOWEVER that is because I am.. .well.. lets say there's been no.. um.. Movement. *blush* I'm going to do a flush and we'll get back on track, My doc says I need a fiber supliment, and that's probably true. The good news is there was no gain!! So I remain the same. This is my first weigh in. So still at 0/12

ps.. How do I add the pretty clippy???
 
I'm down 3.8 this week, so since I was up .8 since this challenge began, I'm now down 3/12.

Congratulations to everyone here. Those who are losing-:thumbsup2 weigh to go, and to everyone struggling, hang in there, and don't be too hard on yourself. We all have our ups and downs, and as long as we don't give up, we will conquer this weight. :cheer2:

hey I hear ya - Kamy and Melc and anyone else who is expressing that they are having troubles finding the MOJO right now :grouphug:

I did make it through today and one visual message I received from another friend is that when when she is thinking she really NEEDS something and it is not a healthy choice - she imagines and visualizes that her fat cells are getting BIGGER - yikes - that is a "nasty" visual. she is on a 3 week cleanse and she made through the weekend - she said she was sooooooooooo thirsty that she just wanted a soda but got the visual going and lost her desire.......... might be a good trick for you to think about when you are wanting something that is maybe not the best choice.

I wanted to pass along that Molli called Sat about noon and said they were on the ship, sitting by the pool with the "drink of the day" at hand :flower3: she ask if it was "rude" to be calling with that message - I said no - only because it was nice and sunny in OH on Sat..........otherwise I may have been just a bit miffed :rolleyes1 Sure hope she is enjoying her feasts and treats while I am crunching my celery ........ and just how many mickey bars will she consume this week :mickeybar

Well, I weighed in this morning and gained back the 1.5 I had lost. I am so depressed and actually cried in front of dh this morning.
This is so important to me, but I cannot seem to stay motivated....I am hoping to get moving....but I just cant seem to find that energy I need to do it.

I have cried to my DH so much during the last 77 pounds loss. It is so fustrating when I gain or don't loose for such a long time. I am always getting "stuck". Keep it up and you'll do great!

I lost 1 pound this week...so now -0.5/14.5 yeah!!
