Now that the days are longer, the time seems to be added at the end of the day, at least here in the northeast but it doesn't seem to be getting brighter in the morning. Does it seem lopsided to you?
I would agree with you ! We tend to have long days in Boise anyways......in the summer we won't get dark till 10 pm.But i will be happy when I'm not driving to work in the dark each day (although my office window allows me to watch a beautiful sunrise!)

Indiana (most of it) is switching to EDT/EST with the next time change (we haven't done daylight savings time for 30 years or so). When they do it won't get dark here until 10 p.m. Not looking forward to it myself.
I definately like it lighter in the evening, I am just puzzled as to why the morning doesn't grow in length as the evening does. Is it the pitch of the sun?
It won't get lighter in the mornings until late January. The sunrise is still getting later every day until then. It's just that the sunset is adding more minutes to the end of the daylight.
I was wondering the same thing on my way to work this morning at 6:45 it seemed like it was about 11pm . . .I was thinkin how nice it would of been to still be in bed . . .
As of December 21, the sun is suppose to start coming back. But I saw the the sun rise for WI was 7:27 a.m. all Christmas week, our sun sets around 4:15 p.m. it is starting to move a little now. By the end of January it is suppose to be 4:45 p.m.
