We're headed to WDW in just 3 short weeks, and I'm beginning the process of gathering stuff we'll need and starting to pack my bags.
We're a party of three adults, and two of us (my sister and I), have fair skin that burns easily. As such, I'm very, very careful about applying and reapplying sunscreen every single day, and I'm wondering how many bottles I should invest in to take with us for protection against the Florida sun in August. I know we can purchase sunscreen there, of course, but I also know we could end up paying quite a bit more than what I'd spend at Walmart - and I especially don't want to have to buy it in the parks for that reason.
We will be in Orlando for a total of 12 days, and I want to make sure we're covered (so to speak...
).
How many bottles (6oz? 8oz? 16oz?) do you tend to pack...do you ever go through more than a 6oz or 8oz bottle in a single day?
THANKS!!!

) for 9 days I have 8 spray bottles and 1 face lotion sunscreen packed for 3 people. We might come back with a bottle but that is about it. Both DS and I are extremely pale and burn easily so we reapply about every 2-3 hours at the parks and every 1-2 hours at the water parks. With all that reapplication we still got burnt last year, but I have learned not all sunscreen is created equal regardless of the SPF rating. I did my research and took the advice from the Consumer reports...they rank Targets brand Up and Up number one for sun protection, we tried it...and while we didn't burn and it worked well it has an awful smell to it...and I mean awful. So we then went to the number two spot which was Banana Boat Sport Performance Continuous and it works really well. I haven't even gotten pink this summer and the SPF is only 30 and last year I was using 70 SPF and getting burned.
