Just noted you're staying at the Dolphin in December. We are going there 29/12 - 7/1 and can't wait. This is our first time 'on-site', though strictly it's not a Disney Hotel. In preparation for this trip we came across Disboards and in so doing got to read lots of trip reports. The enthusiasm of those people who had stayed in this area made us switch from the hotel we had booked in LBV.
