I had read everyone's reports of spring break crowds and was considering not visiting during spring break, and I am glad I decided to go. Sunday was not very crowded in Disneyland and it was a very nice visit! We got to M&F about 7:20 and there was no line. We were directed to Pinocchio! That was a first for us! Security was a breeze and at the front gate by 7:35. Waited maybe 10 minutes in line and we were in. They tricked us because we weren't held at the end of Main Street, rather at the individual lands (new to us) and couldn't hear the welcome to DLand spiel well.
The park was quiet until 11 but it never truly was crowded. Rode everything we wanted and some things twice and three times. Found a lunch ressie for Cafe Orleans (plenty others available). Guests were pleasant too! Food carts had no lines. It was really weird.
I did not see any ride go over an hour wait while we were there (Hyperspace and Splash were just hitting that in the afternoon). It was a pleasant surprise.
I did see that DCA had much longer waits for the three headliners, but we did not hop today.
So unexpected! It completely contradicts what I had been reading about Spring Break crowd levels and our assumption that weekends would be the worst of it!
