Sun Palm Disney Villa (WP) - Anyone stay here before?

Looking for feedback, as their guest book is quite outdated.

Looks nice, and they seem to have lots of bookings.

Wow, just seeing your post now.

We are staying in this exact home for 2 weeks in November, but this will be our first visit at this home and community.

The owner has been very nice to deal with, and very accomodating. I do agree with you on the guestbook though - it would be nice to see an updated one, or one that the guests can enter themselves and then get approved and posted. You could always contact them with your concerns.

We're booked in October at the villa and are optomistic it'll be great. The owner has been very accomodating and quick to reply. I'll let everyone know after Oct.

We did stay a few houses down 3 yr ago in the same model of home. I loved the view of the conservation area and the home size was perfect for our needs. We chose to book here for fall because it is a salt water pool. I was very happy with Windsor Palms

twinmom1998, part of the reason we booked this home too was because of the salt water pool - it seems most of us are visiting in the fall, so I'm sure we'll all have feedback to share soon!

YES! I stayed in this house in June 2009 - it was WONDERFUL!

We just fell in love with this house. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with us. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and the laundry facility was great. The home itself is lovely. All mattresses were in good shape and the bedding was nice. Great amenities all around.

Two small things that we didn't love - the game room does get HOT. The kids would play in there for a bit, but I couldn't stand to be in there. Also, there was a light out in the pool, and it made it quite dark to swim at night. We should have called someone about it, but we were so busy going to the parks that we didn't care enough.

The conservation view is nice - no one right behind you. We had hot air balloons flying over the house the first morning of our trip - lovely!

We stayed there last October. The home was beautiful and clean. Our only problem was the pool and spa. The pool heat wasn't working well and we only had a hot spa one day. The pool, too, never was warm. Though the owners were very attentive and their management co. too, the problem wasn't easily resolved. This was a big issue for us as the saltwater pool and spa were the main reasons for booking this property. I have to assume the problem has been resolved since our visit. In spite of the inconvenience we would stay there again. Oh...the bbq was filthy, my only other complaint.

We stayed there a few years back--2 times actually. I like the floor plan of that house for 2 reasons--you can use a bathroom directly from the pool, and there is a laundry room right off the kitchen (not in the garage) The Hannas were very nice people, and the backyard view is lovely. How did you find out they have a salt water pool? I went on their web site, and didn't see anything about it???

Are you directing your question to me? If so, it was not a salt walter pool when we were there, but everything worked great, including pool heat, when we were there.
