went out for 1/2hr to walk - thought it a good way to start my day
Now we're getting ready to head to the farm until the rain starts
will hopefully get back out for another 1/2hr if the rain hasnt started when we return

have a great day everyone - keep moving!

No official exercise for me today, but I have been packing and cleaning and getting ready for our move. I live in a four story town house and I am getting lots of exercise going up and down the stairs. Off to the gym tomorrow for me.

I did FIRM BSS1 ab sculpt this morning.

Boy, it sure is a rainy, grey and just plain old soggy day out there! I hope all the walkers live in a place where the weather is sunny and dry!

I'm so proud to say that my DH and I (and our dog) did the Dogswalk for Cancer this morning. It was not the most strenuous walk in the world but it was a big step for us since our dog is not very social. I would say she did "just okay" since she did nip at a couple of dogs that got too close. We raised a lot of money though and it felt great to be a part of such a wonderful event. I would encourage anyone to join up if it comes to your town!

I did!! 30 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes of Pilates

Yikes! Who needs the gym with that many stairs?!?! ;)

I did the 2 mile WATP video today. Didn't have time for the 3 mile because the Cubs game was coming on. ;) Maybe tomorrow. :sunny:

Anyone else?

I got in 3 sets of exercising on Sunday, in the morning and afternoon I did the muscle mile one WATP (with weights) and then in the evening I did the 2 mile WATP.

I did the FIRM Lower Body Split, played a little soft ball with the kids and DH (till DS6 got hit by ball twice) and a little vollyeball. I also walked/jogged around the block with DS6.

The volleyball has me a little sore this morning.

DH and I took a great bike ride, 19.36 miles with an average speed of 12.6 mph.

Did my Y routine - increased several of my weights. It amazes me how quickly I am seeing improvement.
